The Marketplace on the Hill

Meet at The Marketplace

A thoughtful blend of historic buildings, shared spaces and diverse offerings, people find plenty of reasons to gather at The Marketplace.

Spend an afternoon with friends who share your love of shopping for antiques and who enjoy a delicious lunch al fresco. And be sure to visit The Marketplace midweek for Wine Down Wednesdays, when those who seek quiet conversation over a glass of wine can find a cozy spot near the firepit, while folks who have something to celebrate mingle in small groups both indoors and out. Or spice it up! Bring many friends and host a catered party in our two European-styled event spaces—then stay overnight just steps away in the Oliva Lofts.

Oliva on the Hill

With Tuscan splendor, historic architecture and a tranquil veranda, this versatile event space is the perfect place to tie the knot, celebrate anniversaries or talk business with your team.

Wine Down Wednesdays

Oliva on the Hill serves wine, cocktails and appetizers every Wednesday evening while visitors enjoy the laid-back vibe. Bonus: The Hill Antique Market is open late on Wednesdays!

Oliva Lofts

Two artfully-renovated Airbnb loft spaces, located just steps away from The Hill Antique Market and within walking distance of the heart of The Hill neighborhood.

The Hill Antique Market

The newest and most exciting antiques destination in St. Louis. Located in a renovated brick warehouse, visitors shop among eclectic and often surprising vintage, antique and artisan wares.

Oliva Café

The Tuscan-inspired decor and variety of sandwiches, soups and chef’s specials make this a fave spot for a quiet lunch. Dine indoors or al fresco on the terrace.

La Verona at the Marketplace

Oozing rustic charm, this 100-year-old, renovated event space resembles an Old-World ristorante. Enjoy dining and dancing inside—or gather outside, beneath string lights and the stars.
